At Maminka, we are committed to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly wallpapers made to order just for you. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our return policy.

1. Wall Stickers

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident choosing Maminka. If you're not completely happy with your wall stickers, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Here’s how it works:

You’re eligible for a full refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Purchased directly from maminka.co.uk
  • In reusable condition (i.e. gently tested, not damaged or torn)
  • Returned in its original packaging

The customer is liable for arranging and covering the costs of returning the order.

Simply email us at help@maminka.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive the returned item and have verified that it meets our return policy criteria, we will refund the full amount to your account within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

We can’t refund wall stickers that have been heavily damaged, applied to unsuitable surfaces (e.g. textured or dusty walls), or exposed to moisture.


2. Wallpaper

Made-to-Order Products:
As all our wallpapers are made to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations unless the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description.

Samples:
To ensure you love your wallpaper, we encourage ordering a sample before placing a full order. Colours and patterns may vary slightly due to screen displays and production processes.

Non-Returnable Conditions:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Improper installation of the product.
  • Changes of mind once production has commenced.

Indirect Costs:
Maminka is not liable for any indirect costs, such as decorator or upholsterer fees, resulting from defective or damaged products. We strongly advise customers to inspect all items carefully before installation.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your wallpaper or wall stickers arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund. Kindly provide photos of the defect and the packaging to facilitate the process. While your claim is being investigated, we ask that you take reasonable care of the product. Please do not return any products before contacting us and receiving further instructions.
